Located on a prominent hilltop, Çamlıca the project has a high visibility, and have a prominent effect on the overall silhouette of the city. The program was demanded from architects to follow Mimar Sinan's approach to architecture. Kr2b interpreted this comment not in a formal manner, but as being innovative in forming the spaces as Mimar Sinan is being praised and valued as on who was pushing the structural means of his time.

The geometry became the leading parameter in forming the structure, and ultimately shaping the overall program of the project, also hoping to find a relevant references to  aesthetic preferences of Islamic Culture.
