The project was prepared via invited competition. Design of three towers which would be signatures of the development in İstanbul skyline was one the demands of the project brief.

Program requirements envisioned a connection of local residential use with the rest of the city via commercial uses. A strongly defined community life on the local scale merged with the larger scale commercial use.
