Located in downtown Cleveland, these 4 office buildings have been acquired with the aim of being renovated and converted into service apartment typology for mid-term residential purposes.

A courtyard has been cut out at the core of the building and different apartment types have been envisioned: one to three bedroom units, loft and penthouse units.

The project includes commercial spaces and a number of amenities and social spaces for the condominium dwellers.
