Design Management
and Coordination
We employ the Autodesk BIM360 platform from the early stages of the project development. This user friendly cloud-based service allows for a constant flow of information to and from the client, streamlining the decision making process and cutting down on communication time. Our scope of work includes the traditional coordination of consultants from the various disciplines, which we carry on using a mix of traditional and innovative approaches.
Construction Documentation, Supervision and Beyond
Further in the construction phase, the same platform is used to loop all contractors and subcontractors, material and building components providers, so that all the parties involved on site are constantly updated regarding the latest decisions. kr2b provides assistance to its clients until the delivery of the completed project and beyond, making the most of BIM technology by handing to the facility administration a detailed model that can be very helpful to manage the building in its active life cycle.
